We are seeking reliable, friendly, and trustworthy individuals to operate our mobile ice cream cart at weddings, grad parties, and other private events. As an ice cream cart operator you will be responsible for transporting and setting up the cart for events. During the event you will deliver exceptional customer service while serving delicious ice cream. After the event you will clean up, pack up, and deliver the cart back to the commissary kitchen.

Responsibilities:

-Set up and operate our mobile ice cream cart at events

-Prepare and serve hard scoop ice cream to customers

-Handle cash and credit card transactions

-Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed

-Keep the cart clean and organized

-Ensure the cart is properly stored and secured after each event

-Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner

-Represent our brand and maintain a professional appearance at all times

-Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Requirements:

-Valid drivers license and clean driving record

-Reliable vehicle capable of pulling small trailer

-Experience backing up a trailer

-Comfortable transporting the cart by trailer to and from events

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Must have a positive attitude and be able to work in a fast-paced environment

-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

-Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

-Previous customer service or food service experience preferred, but not required

I am capable of lifting 50lbs (our ice cream tubs and ice cream cart require heavy lifting to transport)(required)

I am able to work nights and weekends(required)

I am comfortable working independently in a fast pace environment (required)
